If I dare call it “news”, because it’s not. Most of the time it’s just gossip. Now I don’t know about other places and newspapers but where I live journalists don’t really do what they’re supposed to -inform the public about the world and events. They “slightly improve” or as I call it Twist every story to make it seem more interesting. Now I’m confused, if a story isn’t interesting enough in the first place, why would anyone write about it? Why not find those REAL and interesting news that people need to know more about. I don’t care about popstars and their partying. I don’t. And I’m not interested in losing weight quickly. Still this is what I get when I pick up a paper. What about the world? What about Africa and politics and what about the many GOOD things that actually happen? Cause all I ever see in these papers are BAD NEWS. And everything is blown way out of proportion, just to make the story more interesting. And there we are, reading our pretend stories thinking we keep up to date with world events. The people are fooled and the world suffers and smiles in solitude, while we are reading about fake illnesses YOU could have, how YOU can lose XXX pounds in TWO WEEKS, and if YOUR house is at a RISK of being BURGLED this summer.
Well, I am quite sick of it. I wish to tell the real story about this world, and not sugarcoat or refine anything. The people can handle the truth, I am sure. And if they can’t, they should learn. It’s too important not to.

There is more. Just google Fair Trade and you can find everything you need to know; Where you can buy your FT products, what it does to help in this world, and how you can (if you want to) affect your closest environment to improve their Fair Trade awareness! Be the change.
I honestly don’t know what my procrastinating plan ever was/is. I get the bills each month, open them and look at them to see how much I owe, but then I don’t pay them. And it’s not because I don’t have the money but simply because it seems like such a boring thing to waste a couple of minutes on, and so I’m always about ten days late. But that’s boring stuff, so I can understand myself in some ways, even though I am well aware of the FACT that I’m gonna have to deal with it sooner or later anyways. However, I procrastinate on more things and things I really want to do -like make music or write a book. I think about it til I’m blue, but I never actually DO anything about it. And I have the time, I have the resources. I just don’t have the … what? This is where it gets me, what is it that I lack? I know what I want to do, I know what I have to do, still I find myself continously doing OTHER things instead. Like checking my e-mail 17 times a day (really!) or staring into the fridge (a favourite) but eating nothing. I should get a grip, and I am beginning to. I paid a bill instantly two days ago when I realized I had it (and since it was past it’s final notice and moving on to just being ugly). I play my guitar every day and I have for the past four days been writing 500 words each day on my new book. Still, I am stuggling. It’s hard work for some reason and I don’t know why. Maybe I just need to get it into my routine to do things straight away. It takes me hours to cook a meal, and not because I cook exotic food that requires a timeline but rather because I look into the fridge five times in a row first to decide there’s nothing to cook (even if there’s loads) and then I spend another couple of hours looking at the dishes deciding that there’s nothing to cook in or eat on. If I had in fact done the dishes any time during the past three weeks then of course there wouldn’t have been a problem here. I don’t wash my clothes until I absolutely have to, I get up late in the “mornings” and being out of a job doesn’t help. I don’t look for work. I really need to, but I don’t. I need to change. I NEED TO CHANGE. Now.
