How I did it: As soon as the law went into effect we got our license and spoke to my partner's pastor. This is the Church she was baptised in and grew up with. He was thrilled to be able to do it. We had a small ceremony with family. Our 5 children were with us. I was a wonderful and historic moment. We had a little reception right at the church. lots of great food provided by our family. We plan to have another one in the spring on our 17th anniversary. Read how I did it…
