Woot! 1 week ago

Today I weighed in under the zero point – the lowest since I started this. Nice note on which to start my holiday, to encourage me not to undo it all with holiday food :-p I’m not gonna worry too much about what I eat while I’m away, though. I intend to enjoy it, and it’ll be a fairly active week anyway.

It’s all done and organised and checked in and all. Just got a bit more packing to do, and I’ll be ready to head off tomorrow afternoon on the first leg of my adventures :o)
