i just measured myself and lost about 2 inches off my waist. i’m very surprised and extremely excited. :)
i’m down 5 lbs. :) being more conscious of what i eat and how much has made such a difference. if i was able to lose 5lbs during the holiday season, it should be cake from here on out. :P
