How I did it: Get started. Go walking around your neighborhood. Find a gym with a treadmill or an elliptical and just get started. Set goals you know you can meet, just to get in the habit of achieving your goals. Then start stretching yourself. You will be surprised at how quickly your body can adapt to it. Get online and find a plan on how to train for a half marathon. Read how I did it…
How I did it: After you start to see some success with losing weight, then you know you have a good system. If it's a fancy diet, and exercise program, whatever. Once you start seeing results, the important thing is commit to it even harder. I was happy to see that I was losing weight, and after you lose about 25, you will be tempted to loosen up and eat dangerously.
