How I did it: Well, I made a resolution to myself to stop. And I ment it. Then I bought some green tea growth treatment from the store and kept putting it on when I wanted to bite my nails. Then, when I saw that my nails started getting little white tips, I reminded myself that they looked real nice. I always wanted to get a bachelors degree, masters, whatever…but I wanted to continue my education and prove myself…I know I am smart, and learning things that I can share with others, makes me happy.
