could someone remind me why I should want to drink less alchohol? I’ve been so caught up on quitting smoking that I forgot about the alchohol thing.

Quit Smoking
my first quit smoking book, wow 3 years ago

The Easy Way To Stop Smoking

!!!!!!!

I’ve been smoking for years. Tried to quit smoking several times and always went back after a week or less.

Just recently I decided I’d go out and buy a self help book on quitting smoking, since I’ve never done that. I didn’t do any deep research or anything; I just went to google and looked for the best quit smoking book. Links came up and the easy way to quit smoking was pretty much number one.

The next hour I drove 30 minutes to the mall to use my barns n nobles gift card to get that thing.

All I can say is, the concepts that are covered in that book are PRICELESS! This book, or the concepts in it, need much more publicity.

SO yeah, I quit smoking forever. I let a buddy of mine read the book and he quit smoking forever as well.

Go get that book you ppls!!!!!! It’s worth a try ain’t it?

ps: cutting back is just as bad or worse than smoking 100 cigarettes a day as far as quitting goes. why? cuz your’e still addicted to the nicotine. you don’t even like the cigarette; it doesn’t taste good; you wish you would quit already… but what’s holding you back? NICOTINE ADDICTION. Your’e addicted even if you smoke once a year.

The main reason people screw up when quitting is because they think that they’re missing out and they keep longing for a cigarette and moping for it.

When you quit, everytime you have a craving (especially the first 3 days), counterattack that little nicotine monster by saying to yourself “Isn’t it great that I’ve quit smoking forever!? I don’t have to worry about being addicted anymore and sucking on that disgusting thing”. PITTY THE SMOKER. Look at them and see there pain. And remind yourself how good it is that you’ve quit smoking forever and don’t have to go through that anymore.

Seriously, while I was quitting, I would sit outside with the smokers and just watch them. You can really see the pain they go through. They want to quit but they can’t because they don’t understand how. Yes they might lie to you, because of their ego, and tell you that smoking is the best thing ever. You and I both know they’re lying through their teeth. Rejoice in the realization that you don’t have to suffer like them anymore!

share the knowledge!

Another thing:

You do NOT have to go through this (see links below). Remember to counterattack the brainwashing during the “withdrawal” period by saying to yourself “Isn’t it great that I quit smoking! I don’t have to be a slave to that drug anymore.” However you do it, don’t forget to counterattack. And believe me, if you don’t counterattack, that little nicotine monster in your stomach will not die. It will only die if you kill it.
