How I did it: I arrived at my current location and within the first week felt led to Numbers 6:1-21, and felt that I should take a Nazarite vow. It took me seven months to finally shave my head, but I later broke the vow. On January 1st of this year (2009) I shaved my head again to renew the vow. It was easier the second time, because I was used to the stigma and the general feeling of people disregarding me. Read how I did it…
