How I did it: Read on lunch break.Read during slow periods at the office.Read after work.Read all day on off days.Read when I'm supposed to be sleeping.Audiobooks for when I want to read but can't be looking at a book! Read how I did it…
How I did it: It took my car being slightly under-the-weather for me to really kick this goal in gear, but now I've gotten so used to doing everything on foot, on bike, or on transit, that I'm considering getting rid of the damn thing entirely. Next month, I'm moving into an apartment that is so close to my job that all I have to do is walk across the hall to get there, which will further decline my need for an automobile. How I did it: Soaked some seeds and beans for awhile (how long depends on what you are working with), rinsed everything really well, placed in a mason jar with some nylon cloth over the mouth, sat them on a shelf in the kitchen and watched them grow! You need to rinse once in awhile to keep the moisture going (every 6 to 8 hours or so) and you just keep doing this until the sprouts are to your desired growth.
