I have made huge step forward with this. It is an adapted version of something Tony Robbins said. I heard it a while ago but it has worked well for me on this goal. He mentioned something along the lines of not thinking any negative thoughts. What have tried not think any negative thoughts about myself. It is quite hard to monitor your self talk at first for any negative thoughts but then becomes easier. I haven’t blogged about it yet because I want to wait to see the full effects.

‘Confidence in myself’. I am the only person who can truly control this . I may gain confidence from external forces but this means that external forces can also take my confidence away. What would I need to get confidence in myself? And if this was taken away would I still have confidence? I want it to be something internal so that no one can take it away. Then I will be truly self confident.
