My best friend is committed to losing over 200 lbs. She is driven and passionate. When it comes to exercising, I usually don’t want to do it when anyone is home.
Now, in support of my best friend and out of concern for my own health, I’ve committed myself to losing 30 lbs. I plan on doing it when my boys are in school. I don’t care if my friend who is temporarily staying with me sees, as long as she doesn’t hover around when I’m doing it! Lol. My husband is in total support and usually jumps in with me, too.
So far, I’m getting into Taebo (cardio fat-blaster), walking, trampoline, lifting weights, TotalGym, and exercise bike. I also plan on moving around a lot to do my housecleaning (dancing, squatting, scrubbing), and I’m doing a lot of gardening with my husband which involves lifting heavy rocks, slamming poles into ground, moving the rototiller, and sweating in the hot sun. Basically, I’m staying on the move as much as I can through-out the day and consuming vast amounts of water!
I’m 22 years old, at 140 lbs. Previously, a year ago on this, I was at 150 lbs, hence the reason for losing 30 lbs. I need to be at 115 to 120 lbs. Being at 110 lbs wouldn’t be bad, especially at 5’2 (teetering closer to 5’1 actually).

This, I intend to do. I incorporate the words ‘fun’ and ‘authentic’ a lot in my life because that’s how it really is. This applies to writing. I love to write and I write only what I know or imagine. However, I never really finish what I start and I would like to finish some books up. I would also like to have those published.
My favorite things to write are deeply entrenched in fantasy and science fiction. Some of it is horror, some of it is mild and suited for children. So, as fun as writing is, it also keeps me very absorbed until the second I glance back at the last line and see a spelling or grammatical error. Yeah, I need to get over it and just enjoy writing these stories to their fullest.

When I was little, I got rollerskates. Then I got a little bigger and my mother graduated me to rollerblades. This used to be all I did, rollerblading up and down on the sidewalk in front of my house. That and I also made good use of my bicycle. Well, I did that when I wasn’t shut up in my room and reading several books a day.
Now, at 22 years old, I’m a little over the weight I should be and I don’t have enough energy to keep up with the little ones—7 dogs, 5 puppies, and 3 humans included. Getting myself and the kids a set of rollerblades, as well as new tires for their bike, and a big bicycle for my fiance, would be a good stuff to utilize for our daily outdoor activities.
I got this idea from Cesar Millan. I’m an avid Dog Whisperer fan and I love watching him on his rollerblades. I’m learning to be a pack leader, so learning to walk and rollerblade with my dogs would be great exercise and pack leading material.
