Toning up.

I’ve never really had an issue with weight gain, but I want to keep things toned up. Feel good, and energized. I’m trying yoga, and general stretching and crunches. I plan on doing this everyday, and hopefully it’ll pay off.

Headaches are gone!

Drinking more water has helped relieve my migraines and headaches, such an easy solution.



eat healthier
Vegetarian the healthy way.

I’m doing so well! Well, not today, but I make it effort to eat a healthy breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, fruit…) and snack on almonds during the day (about 7 almonds = 1g of protein), lot’s of Mexican food and dairy products. I gave up caffeine 6 years ago, when I was diagnosed with depression, and it has done wonders not drinking soda. Lemonade is the best!
