I have always baked pumpkin pies from a can or just bought them already made. I would love to bake one from scratch, starting with the pumpkin and creating from there.

10-25-2007 Right now I am setting my exercise goal as follows:
-Some form of physical activity for at least 15 min straight 5 days a week.
I will update this as time goes on.
I think I am dealing with some thyroid issues and this would cause me to have less energy. My plans are to go to the Dr. and get my thyroid checked and then see what to do about this lack of energy.
