Need to get to 121lbs as my first goal!
That’s 18lbs!!! I’m way too fat for my height, haha. 121lbs is still heavy but I need to get there first before I can reach my next goal.

Weigh in: 59kg
A few might think that this weight is something they want to achieve and that I’m crazy to want to lose weight, but the reality is, I’m short and I’m classified as overweight for my height. I need to weigh in between 45-54kg which doesn’t look like an unachieveable goal but it is.
Reason being, I don’t have a lot of weight to lose and so, its harder for me to lose the kilos. I want to get to 54kg (which is still classified as heavy), so 5kg is my goal for now.
The problem isn’t knowledge because I know how to eat healthy; the main factor is motivation!
I just need to cut the fat out of diet and the excessive sugar.
I need to drink a minimum of 2litres of water a day (more if I exercise).
Breakfast should be hearty, with a healthy cereal or plain oatmeal with fruit on it (no sugar)
Lunch should include a wholemeal sandwich (or 2) with heaps of salad and either ham/tuna/turkey, etc
Dinner should be include salad/vegetables with a portion of protein (such as fish, meat, poultry)
I need to get motivated! Anyways, goodluck to all who are trying to lose weight. Please try to lose weight the right way, it’ll help you keep off the weight. Also, if you lose to much too quickly, you can get stretchmarks and also excessive skin (because you’re not giving your skin enough time)
Obviously, if you are quite obese, excessive skin can’t be helped, but STRETCHMARKS CAN BE HELPED!
