How do you measure the goal to “stop procrastinating”? What one act real erase them from my to do list? Is it just a novel idea and a dangling carrot to keep me moving? I attended a life coaching session about discipline and even the “expert” couldn’t answer this one, and I all but got kicked out of that class.
I have ticked about 20 things off my 43things list. I have finished some minor projects, read a few hard to finish books, started working out again, but what act will say I am no longer a procrastinator.
I am a little attached to it even and not for the obvious reasons. I have done some of my best work due to the pressure of procrastinating. I have even avoided some terrible situations because I am a procrastinator. But surely it can be a good thing, but yet we all have a little bit in us.
