Spark People: Keep track of Spark Daily for Sucessful Weight loss
I finally Started Sparking again 9 months ago

I have to admitt, I missed it. I does help keep track of what your eating and helps you stay accoutable to yourself and keeps you on track to weight loss. I lost 40 lbs in 2007 and this year I gained 20 lbs back. So, here I go, I am going to start Sparking again and getting motivated to loose weight and get into shape.

This Sunday will be my first Sunday off in Many Months 9 months ago

Iam looking forward to going to Church on Sunday Morning for the first time in months. Iam so excited.

Today was my first day back 9 months ago

Well I finally made it back to Golds. I only spent 30 min on the eliptical today, I was spent and drenched in sweat after such a short time, anyway I came home and spent 30 more minutes mowing my back yard so I could have grass clippings for my Compost Pile.

I feel good, eventually I would like to build my stamina back up to and hour each work out session.
