How I did it: Ever since I was little I had always though tomato red would be a nice color. So, on Labor Day weekend, I got hair dye that matched that exact color (and some bleach, so I could get it perfect; my natural hair color is brown). My hair is really, really long, so we ran out of bleach, and patches of my hair was brown and blonde (I wish I had gotten a picture!) But we got some regular blonde hair dye, and put that in first.
