How I did it: Without cutting it too often, or dying it at all, I grew my hair to my elbows. This took a few years and a lot of patience, but it was so pretty! I am going to keep bottled water in plain sight. Keep bottles on top of the microwave, one in the bedroom, and take one with me to work every day. At work, when I finish drinking the bottle, I can refill in the break room!
I’m already a size 5, but would like to lose the extra ‘padding’ and gain some muscle.
