I really started getting serious about this goal during the Olympics this summer! No better motivator than watching all those awesome athletes.
As a poor (and hardworking) student I can’t really afford to hit the gym all too often (even with the student rates), so I bought some push-up bars, borrowed my brother’s weights, and got out my old abdominal roller I bought years ago, which I use for crunches and pull-ups.
After working on a routine for myself which I’ve stuck to for about three months, I’m really starting to see some results. I figure post-xmas I’ll start working more seriously on my lower body… workload permitting of course!
