How I did it
It made me
very happy! 
How I did it: Rather than nagging myself to GROW my nails, I made sure I told myself to stop biting them instead. This way, I knew exactly what I was focused on and knew that they would grow in return soon enough. To start with, I painted my nails a very bright colour using two coats of nail polish and used 'Sally Hansen miracle growth' as a top coat. I found the bright colour made me bite my nails less and the sally hansen varnish sped up the gro… Read how I did it…
