okae so i didnt really go all serious on the whole lets-lose-weight but i have been doing crunches and sit ups right before i go to bed this week. ive been increasing the intensity of these late night workouts and at last count i did 255 crunches and sit ups. great huh?
i dont why. but it seems to me that i tend to lose weight most during school holidays and guess what. its the holidays now. si YEAY. weight-loss here i come!
