learnng any language is worth it, but knowing Russian is cooler than say spainish. Lots of people (in the usa) know spainish or french but hardly anyone knows Russian. I find it very useful traveling in eastern europe. Its always at least an interesting conversation starter

Its the best experience you can have in my mind. You can buy cars, homes, and other material things but you cannot buy expirience. Things like this will be all that you have when you are old. Stories to tell your kids and friends. Its the best. When you look back on your life will you really think wow Im really glad I sprung for a new car instead of going someplace different. You will meet new people, have some good and not so good expirences but they are all what make up a persons life. This is what we truely own and makes our life richer and fuller.

I weight 265 # right now, the most I have ever weighed. I always imagine how much better I would feel about myself if I could just loose 100 pounds. Im 5-9 and I look pretty good when Im not so fat. Why dont I do it? Im not sure.. I love to eat. Food is something I look forward to every day. Its the one thing I really really look forward to doing. I have lost a lot of weight before, 40# in 2 months but then I always feel bullet proof and fall back into my old habits of eating fast food and not exercising. The thing is when Im slimmer I feel great, I love to exercise. I love to do things and get out. Its my own fault, I cant really blame anyone or anything else but me. Im going to start today.
