My wife and I did this together. Our method was to committ to having a certain number of times hitting the snooze button. I think we started with 4 or 5. Then we whittled it down to just 2. Then we started backing up the time that we got up ten minutes at a time. Finally, we gave ourselves just one snooze (two one weekends and Monday). Now the alarm goes off at 6am and we have one snooze. Our mornings run a lot smoother!

So far, not really

I keep trying to hit 7 hours a day, but it is really really hard. Today I got in at 7:30, so subtracting say a half-hour for lunch I should leave at 4pm. Yeterday I left at 4pm so it’s not completely impossible.
I need to find some good trick that helps me leave work.
Doing a very small number of pushups

Really, a tiny tiny number. BUT I’ve done them for the last three days in a row. So that’s something!
