I love my life in London, at uni with my friends. It’s an amazing city with loads to do but it’s not enough. I want to move to california and have the beach life. As soon as I can move to california i’m off to the sunny state.

How I did it: i used to live my life very unhealthy, i'd get drunk, i'd eat lots of junk food and nearly never eat fruit and vegetables and because i have high metabolism meaning i don't put on weight i'd rarely exercise. I was somewhat of a party girl, until about a month and a half ago i realised this wasn't me anymore. So I cut out everything in my life that was unhealthy (including people). How I did it: i decided to completely detox my life so i decided to stop cut out everything unhealthy and stressful from my diet. i was only a social drinker so this wasn't hard but i went cold turkey and got rid of any alcohol in the house and have started to drink lots of water. i dont socialize with drinkers anymore becasue this doesnt interest me anymore. i feel so much happier with myself, no more hangovers, no needed to keep track of how many dri… Read how I did it…
