ok i really think that i should share my knowledge of fatness.ill give you some instructions.
first, dont get a good nights sleep, it helps weight gain
next, dont eat breakfast, when you dont eat breakfast it dosnet give your metabolism a good start.
if you want a firm round belly, eat lots of carbs from white bread, pasta, things like that
for a squisky floppy belly eat lots of calories, i personally recomend chocolate milk. then ice cream. ver fattening.
if you like sports, you can still do it just be prepared to eat a little more, other than that dont work out all the time.
eat before bed. when you dont use those calories and carbs for enegry, it gets stored as fat.
heres something cool. if you want to temporarily make you stomach large mix almond extract and whipped cream in a bottle then chug down.
also wash you fat with lavender body wash. it does something to the fat cells but im not a scientist.
