I’ve been playing my guitar a bit more this year, but I want to keep the pressure on myself because I can be quite lackadaisical with it. However, working with my bands d-Wizz 2.0 and Laissez-Fayre has made me a lot more musically confident and bringing my songwriting ability back slowly but surely.

How I did it: I visited Pacific Sun Friends in April 1991 with two friends I had at the time, one was a nurse and the other was an artist. As I had been to nude swims and beaches prior to that, I did not have any problems going around nude. I have since paid numerous return visits to the venue. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was already told about it because I was friends with the guy who owned the place for three years beforehand. I moved in in June 2007, signed a basic lease, and then moved out after 9 months. Read how I did it…
...well, no not really! (that is actually a song title for those who don’t know).
I have done volunteer work in my local community for LifeLine, St. Vinny’s, Holy Cross laundry and 4ZZZ radio so I want to be able to reach out to people who are less fortunate than myself and help them get their lives together again.
That’s about as far as I can go. I did okay with maths in high school up to grade 10, then when it came to learning stuff like geometry, algebra, calculus, probability, statistics, trigonometry, matrices and vectors etc. I choked.
In fact, I spent more time studying Maths A (then called Maths 1 back in 1987) than with any other subject and still couldn’t grasp the basics of it.
Because I also want to study chemistry and physics, I was told that they can’t be done without studying maths a and b first so I’ve set myself this goal. I probably won’t ever be Albert Einstein or Pythagoras, but still need enough knowledge to survive in the workforce.
