But I’ve come a long way processing spiritual and personal things and my levels of stress are way down. I haven’t had an anxiety attack in 14 months—and my life has gotten much busier since then!

Got my stuff out about a month ago for grad school…we’ll see what God has in store for me…
Took the exam today…I’m 95% sure I passed.
I’ll find out shortly and then I’ll be on my way!!!
Work prayer group, Urbana 03 grad prayer group, weekly praying over the phone with my accountability partner…I’d say that I am regularly praying on a more frequent basis.
Praise the Lord!!
What helped me was having a bottle of vitamins at work as well as at home. Having it in my desk ensures that I take it almost every morning with breakfast.
I’m calling it done.
Definitely need a stronger dose of antibiotics. Or a new body. This one has been around since August and being treated from different angles and with homeopathic remedies has done nothing…for more than a week or a few days. I’m very frustrated!!!!!
The task is to successfully start a book club with Susan and Anne! I think it would be great!!!
I’ll say that I’ve definitely started doing this more. I’ve organized two projects with my FG and plan to continue regular attendance at the WV storehouse in the Bronx. This will be an ongoing thing, though!
I’d say the anxiety has been under good control for the last month or so and lack of exercise and lots of yummy food for Thanksgiving has helped in this department (not that I normally advocate lack of exercise…but you know what I mean). For now, we can safely say that I’ve stopped losing weight. Hooray!
7 trips to the doctor, 10 different prescriptions, and a variety of infections from mouth to foot (literally) later, I am pretty sure I can say I’m finally in the clear (again, literally)!!
This isn’t all of the effort I will continue to do, but winter is here. Cans of soup and soy crisps can stem the tide of winter.
In my state, you have to pass a notary exam. It’s really hard. Today I took a 7 hour training course to help you master the exam and I took lots of notes and will be doing lots of studying on my own. I can take it any Wednesday and the goal is the first or second week of December. Next week would be nice, but I’m not sure if I’ll be ready. We’ll see.
I wish I lived in NJ. All you have to do is pay money and you’re a notary. No 40 multiple choice questions to answer.
I’m registered in the district I used to live in, so I took the subway up to my old neighborhood, voted, and then walked all the way home from there. I saw my old building, looked for the old faces and places, and just committed the place to emotional and spiritual prosperity. I am truly glad I made the trek just to return to a place I so glad left…to find that I am so glad I came from there.
I went with Microsoft instead. When it’s the family business, you support it. Apple has a monopoly anyways on mp3 players. Pink and blue, of course.
