I’m about 20K words deep into a girly love story and I met with an agent at a writing conference who was interested in the plot. It’s sitting in an email inbox in NYC and waiting for feedback!

How I did it: I found a website called Bulimia Help that is literally like Facebook for people with bulimia. People are incredibly open, honest and friendly. I've been able to "friend" people and create blogs that have been inspirational. I hope to check in at least weekly :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I got dental insurance through my work, looked at all the providers in the network (there were a lot), then went to websites with positive dentist reviews to narrow it down. I called them and got an appt. quickly! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I read the book "Sensing the Self," which changed my mindset completely & gave me the resolve to beat this disorder for good! I also learned to live with the feeling of fullness (not overfullness, but just the right amound of food). Most importantly, I shared my journey with friends & celebrated each month's anniversary by going out to eat & making a big deal about the progress. Read how I did it…

1) I joined a bulimia support group to help women recover
2) I have a wonderful new boyfriend and want him to be proud of me
3) I am being SUPER aware and catching myself before I pick
4) I’m really tired of writing this as a new year’s resolution every year and then not achieving it
I have had the luxury of not having to use my alarm as much lately, and it’s been wonderful to get 8.5-9 hrs a night. I feel AMAZING snd don’t have many headaches when I’m getting 8.5 a night. Work is back to normal now, so let’s see if I can keep the streak going.
