Chugging Away

I’m about 20K words deep into a girly love story and I met with an agent at a writing conference who was interested in the plot. It’s sitting in an email inbox in NYC and waiting for feedback!

What's Helping Me

1) I joined a bulimia support group to help women recover

2) I have a wonderful new boyfriend and want him to be proud of me

3) I am being SUPER aware and catching myself before I pick

4) I’m really tired of writing this as a new year’s resolution every year and then not achieving it



sleep 8+ hours a night
I'm Really an 8.5-er

I have had the luxury of not having to use my alarm as much lately, and it’s been wonderful to get 8.5-9 hrs a night. I feel AMAZING snd don’t have many headaches when I’m getting 8.5 a night. Work is back to normal now, so let’s see if I can keep the streak going.
