In the morning, (after I take the dog out) I will meditate for five minutes. Afterwards;have a cup of coffee and sit down list:

2. what I need to do tomorrow
3. status Food Shelter Healthcare Family
4. put things on my calendar for, week/month/year
5. plan food for the day
6. plan exercise for the day
7. be reminded about the joy/abundance/love/sheer fuckin fun of life and to live courageously

Everyday I write things down. Can’t manage to keep them in one “book” or even all the pieces of paper in one place. They seem to scatter just like the mental impulses that prompt them. the room, my car, pockets and outdoor table – littered with crumpled slips of paper. Everyday I tell myself how to overcome this ridiculous “problem” of mine. keep a notebook on you at all times. Keep a notebook on you at all times. oh. a pen and paper.
