1. Lose another 10 lbs
How I did it: I did it by changing my lunch to a huge salad that I prepared in bulk during the week-end (lots of carrots and cucumbers, mushrooms and radish), making my own salad dressing which I varied from week-to week. I got salad dressing recipes from the web. I really like the Thai ones and the Japanese ones, but sometimes just go with virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
