I’m feeling a lot better these days, and the biggest change has been going for massage therapy every week… I’m at three weeks in a row now and the change is really substantial. My LMT even commented how my hands and feet were really cold at my first visit, and that they’re much better now. She also showed my how my range of motion is improving, which is pretty great.
I’m taking the Havi route and mentally calling it physical therapy, so that I’ll take it more seriously.

Today’s project has been crafting a personal communication policy/manifesto/whatchamacallit, because now that I’m starting to come out from under my rock it’s like the psychic trumpets have sounded, and I’m being blasted with a fire hose of emails and notes and requests and info.
This feels pretty key to everything else. I know without having a plan for this I will just keep spinning my wheels on all kinds of other things.
