I eat so fast I have to learn to just sit down and enjoy my food. My health teacher said 15 times per bite. Also eating in front of the TV probably makes it worse.

I went from being heavier than I wanted to be to being one pound OVERWEIGHT.
My plan of action is too
-Do TurboJam evryday
-Jog 6 miles a week
-Drink ONLY water
-Cut out suar entirely
