I bought a gingerbread chocolate bar and broke into it today. It’s amazing.

How I did it: I made sure disposable bottles were harder to get than reusable ones. I didn't buy cases of water bottles, which I was in the habit of having around. I bought juice in concentrate rather than bottled. I made sure I didn't have change for vending machines. Read how I did it…
How I did it: When I posted this goal, I meant it to be a whole day in which I would finish a great novel. I often read a book in a day, so that seemed workable. I didn't make this as a decorative quilt for a wall. I made it so it could be used as a bedspread, though I doubt I'll use it on a daily basis.Delving into my memories was bittersweet, sometimes painful, and sometimes beautiful. It's amazin… Read how I did it…

I actually tried these for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I realized when I bought them the other day that I hadn’t recorded it. They are delicious.
I adore Naked Juice smoothies; I usually drink the red ones: pomegranate, cherry, etc. Sometimes Blue Machine. I decided to try this. I liked it, but I still like the red ones better.
