The only time I saw someone puke was when they measured wrong and used 2 tablespoons of salt instead of two teaspoons. Don’t make that mistake!

The saltwater flush is hard to stomach..like I said, warming it up helps quite a bit..but its never like “Mmmmm SWF!”

Day 5 – I am officially an MC Jedi Master. My wife is sick and I had to cook for her twice. Talk about willpower!

@mynameisnotcandy

Save exercise for Day 4 and beyond. Most importantly listen to your body..if you feel weak or flu-like, you are going through detox and need to focus all your energy on that. Once you start feeling light and energetic, then its okay to do some light exercise. Yoga is ideal!

In regards to the SWF, opinions tend to vary, but in my experience the cleanse is 10 times more effective if you do this every day. It really helps push those toxins out. On days when I feel really out of it I do more than one.

I also had trouble with SWF at first. Drinking it cold reminded me of sea water and made me nauseous..I find that heating it up a little (not boiling, just hot enough so I can still chug it) gives me the sensation of drinking soup instead of the ocean.

Like I mentioned, heating it up a little makes it more palatable. If you want it to process faster, then you really have to chug as fast as you can. Sipping it gradually is not as effective.
