How I did it: my uncle gave one to me so that wasnt to hard but if i would've gone out on my own id buy one from the internet. I live in holland and its basically moped country, oldtimer moped are still very popular here. Go to www.marktplaats.nl and then fietsen-bromfietsen then click on oldtimer brommers.
