muscle weight?

i joined sparkpeople.com last month and lost three pounds, but either through increase insulin use or muscle gain weith more than i did when i started. i don’t really feel any bigger, but it’s hard to tell right now. it’s only been a month after all. i am exercising and eating very well though. and i’m leading a great group of type 1 diabetics trying to lose.
