I was fortunate enough to travel to Gatlinburg, Tennessee to see good friends M & L get married. We stayed in a beautiful cabin, the Wilderness Lodge, and I was blown away by how beautiful the mountains are. It was an amazing trip and I think that everyone should see that kind of natural beauty at least once in their lifetime.

I got my acceptance letter last week. I will be a full-time student at GMU starting next semester. I am so excited, I can’t stop smiling.
Application has been submitted!

I waited for a couple of weeks for the application to be available online through GMU’s website for the spring 2009 term. Just a couple days ago I found it available, so I finished up my little 500 word essay on my leadership qualities, polished up the info in my resume, and did my application tonight! Tomorrow morning, I call the community college to have them mail my transcripts. I am so excited I can hardly stand it! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I get in! Mason is my top choice! :)
