It’s been a while since I’ve honestly seriously considered smoking a cigarette. It’s become natural not to even think of it. I think I will declare my first major victory at 90 days… currently 17 days away.
For all of you in the throes of addiction I feel for you and know exactly where you are. IT DOES GET BETTER. Trust me on that one. Stick to it, breathe the fresh clean air when things get tough, and before you know it you’ll find yourself in rich, green pastures. You can do it.

I can say that not smoking at work has been really easy to get adjusted too; I just throw myself into whatever work related activity is going on and forget about it. Not smoking at home is a bit harder, but is still relatively easy due to the sheer number of diversions (internet, reading, tv, whatever)... the hardest part is not smoking on the weekends. You got to keep yourself busy doing things. I’ve been hella productive.
I want to start an excersize program, I hear the cardio really silences the addictive forces after a good workout.
Anyways, going strong!
