Read all the books in my
book stack 4 years ago

It usually consists of two to three books I just ordered from my recommendations or because somebody whose taste I trust has suggested reading them to me.

I believe in not putting books into my book shelf until I have actually read them—this has proved to be a good motivation.

I enjoy reading fiction (Terry Pratchett, Tad Williams, J. R. R. Tolkien) as well as the occasional tech or design book, but I’d like to believe that I’m not fixated on genres.

learn regular expressions

I’ve started using Regualar Expressions in Perl and have since also used them in Perl and JavaScript and my language of choice, Ruby. I mostly learned how they worked from ‘perldoc perlre’ in case that is of any help.
