How I did it: I moved to Mexico City and started living with a Mexican family. I started to give some English classes, do translation jobs, and whatever work I could scrounge up. Now I´m certified as an English teacher so the whole money issue is easier. I avoided gringos and Brits like the plague until my Spanish got stronger. That’s for sure. I started doing daily abdominal excercise. I’ve always had a “four pack” but now the upper two abs are starting to take shape. I looked down today and noticed there was something there that wasn’t there before, even if they’re only just starting.
Not sure if the lower two will come in. I think so. If I push them lightly I can feel a subtle line that separates thm.
