the ‘Positive News’ newspaper… There was so much negative news about yesterday which was really beginning to get to me. But there on the table was the ‘Positive news’, which contains only positive new’s stories from around the world. These are the stories that we don’t get to hear about, such as, the Palestinian obstetrician from the Gaza strip who treats both Arab and Jewish patients… He recently lost 3 of his daughters to an airstrike in the area but he remains committed to peace…He is a Nobel Peace Prize nominee. This is only one of the many positive articles in this paper. It runs articles about people making a difference on the planet in all ways… Last month’s paper had an article, it too was about the Gaza strip but it was about doing something positive, a happy event for the children there, who live in fear of attacks… So it was something as simple as trying to break or create the world record for flying the most kites at one time. As far as I can remember, 4000 kites were flown, breaking or creating the record,(not sure which)... How wonderful is that? This paper carries many messages of peace, shows that there are a lot of positive events and actions happening in the world. It shows the good!!! It inspires!!! And we need that!!!
