Ran at 7:30 today…PM! I’ll never get to sleep now especailly after a teeny tiny bowl of B&J’s Phish Food ice cream….mmmmmm….yummy…oh, yeah, running in the AM.. tomorrow is a rest day so I’ll try again on FRI
