Well yesterday went great – Day 1 – . All I ate was protein , chicken breast / organic turkey sausage , and veggies. After dinner I had a sugar free cocoa. I woke up with more energy already.
I am going to post my progress for 30 days – Jan.1st – hoping this will keep me on track and accountable.

Tomorrow’s the day I quit !
No more sugar , junk food , and anything that is bad for me. I’m glad some smart scientist recently found that coffee’s full of antioxidants , so I am not quitting that.
I’ve always been a carb/sugar junky , but after I quit smoking over a year ago , I replaced one addiction with another
