Dance like Rachel Brice
starting now

ok,I havw 2 weeks in which to do this.
only just 2 weeks :)

I am using callanetics for core strength
ok,so I notice she knows her drills so well that she is in a trance state when she dances.

some moves are very slow,and big,some are fast and small.

she is always incredibley relaxed.

she eats as a vegan as far as I can remember.
I shall be eating as a food combining vegan.

here we go :)

train harder

this is going exremely well.
I am doing callanetics daily
a little more each session and its feeling great.
I am just over a quarter of a way through the full session.
my body feels longer and stronger.

’’The tiger has a ferocious head,but his tail is as limp as a snake.
when you start to tire in your training,that’s when you need to add more chi.
Focus all your energy into your next move,and even more on the next.
In all that you do,do not make excuses for giving up along the way,If you start making excuses you will never finish.Use your mental and spiritual harmonies,put in more and more chi,more and more energy until you finish the race.
When it gets tough TRAIN HARDER.
whatever you are doing,finish stronger than when you first began.’‘
