I guess I should have started with a shorter route… the day was great none the less.

How I did it: This may sound ridiculous or pathetic, put in the beginning of the day my goal was not to have a clean room, but to check something, anything off my Life List, and this seemed like the most doable thing. So 43T was the motivating factor.I took my only free day of the week, and didn't plan anything else than cleaning. The first thing I did, and I do… Read how I did it…
How I did it: At the recommendation of my doctor, I gave up sugar (and juices, cow milk products, and white flour), to improve my ichy skin.I told everyone I'm living with about my new diet, so I felt very obliged to stick to my new eating habits. My skin has become a little bit better, and I've lost a few pounds so far (without feeling hungry), so I'm calling it a success. But I think avoiding milk and white flour may have had as much of an influence … Read how I did it…
