How I did it: I searched the internet for an organization that let me exchange letters with the child. I filled out a short form and was then sent a letter and a picture of an Indian boy who is 11 years old and hoping to become a doctor one day. I am very proud and happy to support him! How I did it: At the recommendation of my doctor, I gave up sugar (and juices, cow milk products, and white flour), to improve my ichy skin.I told everyone I'm living with about my new diet, so I felt very obliged to stick to my new eating habits. My skin has become a little bit better, and I've lost a few pounds so far (without feeling hungry), so I'm calling it a success.
