This is kind of a weird thing to want to do. In my experience, the tree actually fell down and I had to cut it into pieces to move it. An ax is a powerful tool, and it’s definitely not as easy as it looks (that is to say that I can’t imagine ever doing it again). It’s a great feeling though, in the end. My hands are blistered and very sore, but the tree is gone.
