Being consistent in everything i do is actually my biggest challenge.
Example: gym / work out!
i adore running 25 min a day .. if i skip one day.. i sleep with a guilt and id hv bad mood during the day :S iv been longing for my music lessons, when i finally hit the road .. i started having ups and downs ..
and the list goes ON and ON
