I have been tracking my personal expenses since the first of February using a simple OpenOffice sheet. Works fine so far. I have broken it down into a number of categories, adding some notes here and there. I am really looking forward to have a few months of this data available. My goal is to find out where i can save some bucks which i would like to put into some long term investments.

Broke up with my girl friend. Did everything to prevent me from thinking. Binged for two days. Now i am back in control (well in control of this small aspect of my life). Started to think again.

I am down now to 79 kilograms now (which i am quite happy about) but i don’t seem to be able to lose the last 4 kilograms. To be honest i am quite happy that i was able to stay at 79 kilograms through the last weeks as i went through some personal problems and a lot of frustration at work. Still i would really like to lose these last 4 kilograms. I hope i can somehow get my ass up.
