I always go to my weekly class even if I feel crap because I know I’ll feel great afterwards. Even if I cannot be bothered I just proceed with my morning routine “as if I was going to go”. Maybe I am, Maybe I’m not :). But, once I ready I might as well go—I’ve tricked myself out the door.

So-called “casual smoking” is getting out of hand. Errr.. like smoking almost every day. How casual isn’t that?! So I’ve stopped. I’m going to avoid booze (or at least change drinks) because beer and smoking are very much entangled.
I can’t call this done yet because of the social element of smoking (steal a cig, borrow a light, spark up with mates). I like it. That’s lame. Need to fix that.
