Exam stress got the best of me, and my healthy eating plan crashed and burned. I know for sure that I lost 2 and a half pounds so far, but until my next weighing (in 3 weeks) I’m going to just go on the info I get from my measuring tape!!
Anyways, now that exams are over, and summer has finally begun, I have all the time in the world to catch up on all the exercise I never had the time to do. I think that is definitely the most important thing right now!!!!

I just turned 18 last week, and I finally finished my exams, so I have time to go down to the clinic… yay!!! Hopefully I will have done this by the time the weekend is over!

I have started eating way healthier. Replaced all white breads with wholemeal, grain breads, and reduced my intake of that too. Reduced rice and replaced it with brown basmati rice. Drink water like a camel! Exercise whenever I get the time…
But since I’ve started I havent weighed myself once cause I don’t wanna get obsessed with scales. I measure different body parts (waist, hips, thighs, arms, etc..) with my measuring tape once a month, and I’m very pleased to see that it’s slowly but surely goin down!
Anyways, in three months time, I’m gonna gather up the courage and weigh myself, and compare it to my maximum weight (176). Soooo here’s hoping!
